3).Choose your template.These are all the free templates to use.You can use any from this for your blog.also you can select your any other templates from other websites.

Step 5: Now click on create blog,it will lead you to your blogger dashboard where you will manage your blogs easily.You can see templates,stats,google+ and other options to manage your blog.You have done,You have created your blog on blogger.
